My Task Manager indicates under the ‘processes’-tab that dll.exe runs dozens of times, sometimes over a hundred, eating up processor space and slowing down my computer until it blocks totally.

I trust your software to fix this problem. If not, will I get a refund?

If you can’t download it from the internet put the download on in a zip folder on a USB or memory unit. Then the install on the infected operating system.

hi this is sam…i got a problem in my laptop ……i got a virus XP INTERNET SECURITY 2010 and my laptop crashed ….but any how i run AVAST ANTIVIRUS and i got free from that virus( nt yet!!!!) ……but gotta problem that i cant open any thing ……any file, application, even my computer, control panal also ……i mean nothin is opening ….!!! daaam!!!!! every time double clik on any application , the comand shows……. OPEN WITH……

so ……i got trouble and another application also comes when i starts my laptop and when i colse this OPEN WITH aplication ……..and the error is RUNDLL32.EXE ………i went all stuff……reboot, reintstold even went in run …command these also……..

The virus is not allowing me to access the internet to download the solution. Any ideas on how to get to the internet when blocked from a virus.
